Coral Cleaning Experts Limited was founded and incorporated in April 2021 with an aim of providing reliable and excellent cleaning services to both commercial and domestic clients.

Our main goal is to ensure that we provide a clean environment to our clients that is vital towards their well-being. We have achieved this by deploying highly skilled staff who have honed their skills from their hands-on experience in environmental hygiene, use of new innovative technology in the cleaning industry as well as environmentally safe detergents.

EMPLOYEES’ CODE OF CONDUCT

In order to attain our Company’s Vision statement and live up to our Core values, all employees should adhere to this code of conduct guided as below;

1. Attendance

All employees should always report to their work sites on the agreed time as per the set time table. Any foreseen absence should be reported the Hr manager 2 days in advance and the Emergency absence to be reported to the site supervisor. Employees with excessive unexcused absences or repeated tardiness may be subject to a negative performance review or termination of employment.

2. Dress Code

All employees should always wear the provided work uniform and badges whilst in their work sites. This is to easily be identified for assistance by our clients and their clients.

3. Discrimination & Harassment

Coral Cleaning Experts Limited does not condone discrimination and harassment of the employees by other employees of any capacity. Such behaviour will be punishable.

4. Ban on unprofessional Activities

Unprofessional activities such as smoking, taking alcohol etc are banned and prohibited in the office and at clients’ premises/work sites.

5. Meals & Meal breaks

Employees should have their meals during the agreed time breaks and at the designated areas at the work sites/clients’ premises interchangeably. The employees should never go for a break all at once leaving the cleaning duties unattended at that time.

6. Work Place Visitors

Employees are prohibited from bringing visitors at their work sites/clients’ premises whilst working or during any other time. This is to minimize/prevent liabilities that may be caused by the visitors and ensure our clients’ security and uphold their trust in our company.

7. Confidentiality

Employees should never share any confidential information belonging to the Company or to our clients with anyone. The employees must uphold confidentiality regarding our clients and the company’s details.

8. Violation of the Code of Conduct

The Company will proceed with disciplinary actions if an employee has failed to comply and is in violation of the code of conduct. The disciplinary actions include several warnings, unpaid off-days/leave, legal action and termination of employment depending on the code breached.

• Reduce the use of water wherever possible and use environmentally friendly cleaning products when suitable.
• Use recycled and recyclable materials where appropriate, choosing products and suppliers with minimized negative environmental impacts.
• Carry out risk assessments to identify the types and scale of the environmental risks involved
• Buy energy efficient appliances and equipment.
• Assess the chemicals we use for their environmental impact and environmental assessment and consider our choice of chemicals, materials and cleaning techniques with environmental impact in mind.

• Endeavor to assess every major new initiative for its environmental costs and benefits.
